About the Criteria
1. Is it for free if I fit the criteria?
If you fit the criteria, get accepted to one of our courses and complete it, your education will be funded by government subsidy and scholarships granted by the industry.
2. What does “aged between 18-26” mean exactly?
You may not be older than 26 years old on the first day of the programme.
This means you can start when 26 and turn 27 during the programme.
3. Can I still apply if I don’t fit the criteria?
Yes. The selection process is the same for everyone, with spots available for candidates that do not fit the criteria and will pay their tuition themselves. Students who do the payed programme need to search for their own traineeships. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information regarding this option.
4. Will the set criteria change?
The criteria are always subject to change, and are evaluated after every run of the programme.
5. What if I was not unemployed for the last 3 or 5 months?

About the Application Process
1. What is the selection process?
If you are interested, apply to attend one of our Info Nights. Info Nights are mandatory for prospective students and will give you an introductory overview of B. Startup School Amsterdam and all our courses. Afterwards, we will invite you to officially apply.
The selection is based on motivation, skill and culture fit. To test this, each course requires different assignments as part of the application process.
2. Can I apply for more than one course?
You can only participate in one course at B. Startup School Amsterdam. If you are not accepted to your first school of choice, we will review your application.
3. Can I apply with a foreign degree?
B. Startup School Amsterdam was founded and runs in corporation with the Amsterdam Economic Board (Dutch government). Therefore, the programme is only committed to graduates of accredited Dutch education institutes, holding a minimum of a HBO/WO bachelor’s degree (or higher).

2. Are the courses taught in English or in Dutch?
3. Will I get a degree after attending B. Startup School Amsterdam?
You will receive a certificate of completion. B. Startup School Amsterdam is not an accredited institute of higher education. We are the bridge between higher education and the fast moving industry.
If you are part of the Growth Hacking or Digital Content Creation courses, you will receive a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certificate after successfully passing the examination.
